Requirements

Assistant Pastry Chef: Minimum 5 years of experience with a Pastry diploma or equivalent


Bakery & Pastry Chef: Minimum 5 years of experience (hotel/cruise ship experience preferred)


Pastry Chef: 3 to 5 years of experience


Ability to work 9 hours plus break, 6 days a week


Immediate availability


Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts according to established recipes


Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen


Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production


Ensure consistent quality and presentation standards


Innovate and suggest new recipes or improvements
