 Role Description


 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent at Sky Touch Travel and Tourism located in Kuwait City. The Travel Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel plans, including booking flights, arranging accommodations, and providing recommendations for activities and attractions. The Travel Agent will also handle any issues or changes that may arise during the travel process to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

 Qualifications


Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, including popular attractions, accommodations, and travel requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills to provide personalized recommendations and assist customers with their travel needs
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and platforms to make flight, hotel, and car rental reservations


Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient travel arrangements
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing travel requirements or customer preferences
Fluency in Arabic and English languages
Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred
Certifications or training in travel and tourism is a plus
