 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial and Administrative Manager located in Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Financial and Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing all financial and administrative operations, ensuring thay comply with internal policies and regulations, managing budgets and financial forecasts, overseeing financial transactions and providing financial reports. They will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, managing hiring processes, and collaboratin with other departments as needed

 Qualifications

Strong financial management and analytical skills
Experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with a diverse team
Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
Experience in human resource management and team coaching/mentoring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
