We are looking for a Manpower Planning Supervisor to join a well-reputed company. This role requires strong experience in manpower planning and workforce management.

8-10 years of experience in manpower planning or workforce management, ideally within the Construction Industry (MEP)
Strong leadership skills
Valid Kuwait driving license is a must
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and regulations
Valid transferable residence
???? Responsibilities:
Develop and implement labor allocation plans based on project requirements
Forecast manpower needs to meet project demands effectively
Optimize workforce utilization to minimize idle time and maximize productivity
Monitor and analyze labor costs, identifying areas for cost reduction
Coordinate with project managers to align labor supply with demand

التنبؤ باحتياجات القوى العاملة لتلبية متطلبات المشروع بشكل فعال
تحسين استغلال القوى العاملة لتقليل الوقت الضائع وزيادة الإنتاجية
مراقبة وتحليل تكاليف العمالة، وتحديد مجالات تقليل التكاليف
التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع لضمان توازن العرض والطلب في القوى العاملة
